Quality audit check
Kate and Jo offer a personalised service to fully checking the quality and compliance of your setting. This can be through one-off targeted visits, or a programme of regular checks throughout the year.
Each check will always be discussed with you first or can be carried out with little or no notice, similar to an Ofsted inspection. We do not offer mock inspections as this is something we do not believe in. An inspector will always make a judgement based on evidence they see in your setting the day they visit. What we do, is ensure your setting, managers and staff are ‘inspection confident’.
We believe children deserve outstanding practice all day every day, not just on the day an inspection takes place. A setting should always deliver high quality provision, and be compliant, whether or not Ofsted is visiting. We will complete an incisive, detailed check to make sure your setting is meeting all EYFS requirements, and that your staff team is confident in answering questions similar to those an inspector may ask. We can coach and guide your leaders in carrying out typical inspection activities, such as a curriculum learning walk, and joint observations to make sure you really shine when an inspection takes place.
After every audit check, we provide detailed feedback and help you fully understand any highlighted development points. We can carry out follow-up visits to check on the improvements that have been made, or write you a bespoke action plan which we can support you in monitoring.
